What Information We Disclose

We are permitted by law to disclose nonpublic information about you to unaffiliated third parties in certain circumstances. For example, for us to provide planning or investment  management services to you, we may disclose your personal information in limited  circumstances to various service providers (such as our clearing firm, financial planning software, client relationship management software, archiving technology, and cloud service providers), or independent contractors hired by PVS. This sharing may occur via integrations between the various software tools the firm employs to serve its clients. The firm scrutinizes instances where artificial intelligence is provided as part of a software solution. At no time is client data to be retained to train third-party AI models. Uses of artificial intelligence are limited to administrative functions including notetaking, meeting preparation and organization, transcription services, and synthesis of information from firm records and systems. Arrangements with companies or independent contractors not affiliated with PVS will be governed in part by and in accordance with each entity’s own privacy policies. Peakview Strategies, LLC, will seek to limit the extent to which your nonpublic information is shared. We will seek to balance our ability to effectively perform our contractual duties with a mutual desire to share as little nonpublic information about you with third parties as is practical.

If a Financial Planner/Financial Advisor leaves PVS to join another firm, he or she may be permitted to retain copies of client information so that he or she can assist with the transfer of your accounts and continue to serve the you as a client at a new firm.
